2 phases – Energy Quick Wins (EQW) and Energy Reduction Programme (ERP)
EQW includes:
- BMS optimisation
- Split unit controls
- Insulation and steam trap repairs
ERP includes:
- 2 new CHPs (600 kW and 800 kW)
- Solar PV
- Lighting retrofits (funded through NEEF)
