Breathe connect delivers services to over 600 RBS sites across the UK
Over the past five years, Breathe has built a strong working partnership with the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and its FM provider ISS. Throughout this time the Connect team has delivered services to over 600 sites across the UK.
The result of their work has focused on energy reduction, the wellbeing, and comfort of staff and customers, which has included; the design and installation of an asset control and monitoring systems with the key aspiration achieved of 13-17% energy reduction. The project has also seen an increase in business efficiency as the number of calls and alerts received at the Connect helpdesk are seeing ‘first-time remote fix rates’ of over 65% – reducing the need for call-out engineer attendance on some sites.
Working with such a high-profile brand and in very busy sites, means it can be challenging to avoid disruption to staff employees and customers, however, the Connect team worked closely with RBS and ISS to ensure a seamless transition and handover process, with often a 12-hour turnaround working in the evenings to an efficient standard.
Chris Norburn, Energy Operations Director at Breathe said: “We are proud that over the six years of working together we have ensured performance targets are achieved whilst the highest health and safety precautions were taken, and as a result have never had a risk to the bank. Our attention to detail and customer service has led to full trust in us from the RBS team and we continue to use the latest technology and innovation to improve their services.”
David Fennell, Senior Facilities Manager RBS “Due to the continual performance of the Energy projects, the professional delivery, and the much-valued service levels being provided by Breathe Connect – RBS was happy to extend the partnership in 2019 to more retail sites – taking the overall partnership project in excess of 600 properties.”
