In this role you will be support the Project Team and Senior Project Manager in organising resources, time and people to develop and deliver our projects safely, to time and budget. Working in a client facing environment, this role is key to monitoring progress across multiple disciplines, tracking and reporting progress and negotiating priorities and timelines with customers, suppliers and project team members. Based on site for at least 2-3 days per week, the post-holder will participate in project meetings, maintain appropriate records and provide continuous feedback on progress and setbacks. Acting pro-actively, the project coordinator shall take action where progress in unsatisfactory and propose strategies for resolution to the Senior Project Manager and Project Team.

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Mechanical Construction Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical systems installation within construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical supervision, engineering, and construction interfacing. As the Mechanical Construction Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of projects while adhering to quality, safety, and budgetary standards.

You’ll be an integral part of the team, so you’ll need to understand every aspect of the business and act as a key member of the Project Team organising systems, monitoring procedures and collating progress reports. You will be supporting project team members through an exciting time of growth for Imtech, hence your ability to establish your professional and functional credibility and to build strong working relationships acting as a trusted advisor within the team will be key. This is a full-time opportunity will be based on an Dalkia Project construction site.

Your enthusiastic approach will assist our organisation in generating new business, supporting Marketing activity, increasing staff productivity, improving our service, ensuring sustainability and meeting business growth objectives. The Marketing & Communications Lead will account for business growth activities, increase revenue and meet overall growth objectives.

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of an Energy Performance Contract (EPC) across its entire lifecycle covering Investment Grade Audit (IGA), design, construction and measurement and verification (M&V). They will be supported by a multi-disciplinary team at the various stages of the process including Energy Engineers, M&E Designers, Construction Managers and M&V Analysts. The Senior Project Manager reports to the Operations Director.
